Can I pay by any other method?
PayPal is an easy and secure way of placing orders, and you don't need to actually create a PayPal account to place an order. But if you want to organise some other method of payment, contact Tim at tim@iamfauxpas.com. Australian customers can pay via internet banking, email for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping (to anywhere in what you and I might term "the world") is included in the prices listed above. There is no discount for shipping multiple items - unless you want to order, like, 20 CDs or something. Then there will be both a discount, and some kind of medal. Email for details.
Can I buy your CDs in stores?
All Faux Pas releases have physical distribution to retail stores throughout Australia. If your local store doesn't have Faux Pas releases on the shelves, ask them to order them in. Tell them the catalogue number (ie FAPA01) and distributor of the release you are looking for. "Entropy Begins at Home" (FAPA02) and "Changes" (FAPA03) are distributed nationally by Fuse Music Group. "Faux Feels" (FAPA01) is distributed nationally by MGM Distribution.
When will I receive my order?
The Faux Pas store is run by Tim, in the space under his desk where normally he sits and does things like make music on his computer. Orders travelling to Australian destinations should arrive within 7-10 days (often less). Orders travelling overseas can take longer, but rarely longer than 3 weeks, depending on postal services.
I have damaged goods, or my t-shirt doesn't fit me, or I am in some way just generally unhappy.
I am sorry for your sadness and would like to give you a tissue. If tissues don't solve your issues, perhaps a hug. In cases where hugs will not suffice or are potentially inappropriate, please consider emailing me and we can sort something out.
